Royal Indian Raj International Corporation (RIRIC) holds India’s largest real estate portfolio and is developing multiple planned “smart cities” across the country.

Element developed a campaign to promote their first project, a Five Star resort community, Royal Garden Villas at Tuscany Hills, located near the new Bangalore International Airport.

The integrated international advertising campaign featured online banners, search, outdoor and print in India, North America and the Persian Gulf, highlighting the development's sustainable features such as water harvesting, recycling, and many other conservation measures.

The campaign succeeded as RIRIC continues to sell homes and generate buzz around their exciting and environmentally sound projects.
